Do Men's Natural Deodorants Really Work?

When you apply your natural deodorant in the morning, you want to know that it’s going to last until the sun goes down. You want to have confidence that through every workout, every run from your car to work because your dog took too long outside when you needed to leave, and every hot and humid day, your pit protection will remain unwavering.

While this type of performance goal may seem lofty and unattainable based on your previous experiences with men’s natural deodorant, the truth is, it’s really not. In fact, not only does our natural deodorant keep you protected from the time you wake up until the time you go to bed, but it also keeps you smelling fresh. Yes, you heard that right. Our deodorant will keep you smelling good all day long.  But don’t just take our words for it, check out what our 1,800+ Amazon reviewers and website reviews have to say about how effective our formula and scents are. Trust them, it really works.

If you’re worried about whether or not Sam’s is the best choice in terms of protection and scent when compared to other men’s natural deodorants, just listen to Todd E.

“I have shopped and tried numerous natural men’s products. I started with Sam’s, tried a half dozen other recommended products, and now I’m back! I use the deodorant and Sam’s is the best! The scents are better and it’s longer lasting!”

Still on the fence about dropping your commercial antiperspirant and using your first natural deodorant because you’re worried it won’t perform the way you need it to? Jay H. will let you know how we out-perform the other guys any time, any place, no matter what you’re doing.

“I’ve been using this product for a few months and won’t go back! As someone who was always doing a ‘pit check,’ or needing to apply a couple times a day when using a commercial brand, I can say that I am not having that issue with Sam’s! It’s been nice to not have that moment of panic when you notice your stink after a good workout at the gym or working hard outside. My wife uses the women’s scent and loves it. We would highly recommend everyone to give this a try!”

And if that’s not convincing enough for you, David D.’s experience will most likely have you running to replace your old commercial deodorant with one of our 17 natural and unique scents.

“Keep doing what you’re doing! I am active working out at the gym before I go to work. After a shower at the gym, I don’t use your product again until after my next workout the following morning. Does that say anything about your product? Unbelievable for a natural product!”

You see, men’s natural deodorants can and do work. Our deodorant works hard from sunrise to sunset with no reapplication needed, so that you can tackle your day with the ultimate pit protection from a product made with top-of-the-line quality plant-powered ingredients. We understand that body odor is busted best when done by ingredients that are kind to you and your underarms, and that’s why we have dedicated ourselves to creating a men’s natural deodorant line that really does work.

Deodorant vs. Antiperspirant: What Should You Choose?

It’s safe to say that the majority of the world uses deodorants and antiperspirants to control under arm odor and perspiration. After all, no one wants to stink, right? But with this fact comes one big issue: the lack of understanding when it comes to the differing functions of deodorants and antiperspirants, and the use of these words interchangeably.

Aluminum Free Deodorant | Natural Deodorant

Have you ever broken down the word antiperspirant? By definition, anti means ‘against’ and perspirant, or perspire, means ‘to give out sweat through the pores of the skin.’ This means that deodorant products labeled as antiperspirants are fighting against your body’s sweating process and, in fact, are quite literally blocking it from occurring.

Exactly how are these products stopping my sweat in its tracks, you may ask? One of the primary active ingredients in most commercial antiperspirants is aluminum, or more specifically, aluminum salts. These salts work to block the sweat ducts and reduce the amount of sweat that reaches the skin’s surface. Even though the sweat is blocked from leaving the pores, it still continues to be produced under the skin, which can potentially lead to blocked hair follicles and cysts through consistent use.

Deodorant Stains: Prevention & Removing

Stains. We’ve all been there, done that. We’ve all dribbled a sip of our morning coffee down the front of our dress shirts, dropped a French fry drenched in ketchup on our laps, and yellowed the pits of our light-colored shirts from a combination of deodorant and sweating throughout the day. While the former two scenarios are simply unfortunate accidents that might result in having to go new clothes shopping, deodorant stains are generally avoidable and should never have to be on your list of things to worry about. In fact, the majority of our customers never even encounter the issue, but it never hurts to practice prevention too!

So, what tricks can you keep up your sleeve to make sure your favorite shirt never suffers from those dreaded pit paintings?
